We know that there are many schools that you can choose from and many activities that students can do. As a result we offer a lot of flexibility with the courses that you can choose. Of course we would love to see your child/children everyday, but if that is not possible, you can come once a week or any other amount of times. You do not have to sign up for a yearly contract and there are no sign up fees. We also offer a 10% discount for siblings. Please inquire for more than one sibling. Most importantly, we provide a small class size, no more than 10 students, so that your child receives the most attention possible.
私たちは選択のできる学校や生徒が行える活動がたくさんあることを知っています。アメリカン・アカデミーはそれぞれの希望の時間に合わせた融通の利くコースが提供できます。
もちろん毎日英語の環境に触れることが望ましいですが、もしそれが不可能ならば、週に１回や月に１回でも利用可能です。１年間の契約や登録料はありません。兄弟なら１０%割引で提供できます。１兄弟以上の場合はご相談ください。現在は１０人以下の小さい規模でのクラスのため、１人１人親密に関わることができます。

プレスクールカリキュラムは探求を基盤としています。
生徒たちの務めは学ぶことです。もし、生徒達が道具に興味を持つとします。生徒たちはもっと学びたいという意欲が湧きます。幼稚園レベルではこれらのことを期待するのは難しいですが、学ぶことは楽しみに繋がります。１年間のコースを通して、生徒たちは６つの幅広いテーマに取り組みます。これらのテーマは生徒たちがもっと興味のあることについて様々な視点で探求していきます。
私たちはテーマごとにそれぞれ異なるトピックを選びます。私たちはそのトピックについてさらに学び、生徒たちはもっと興味のあるトピックについて選択肢を作ります。そして私たちは生徒たちが選んだ特定のテーマについてもっと調べます。このタイプの教育は想像力が豊かになり、振り返る力がつき、多才で自立した人になります。生徒たちがアメリカン・アカデミーを卒業した時、生徒たちはグローバル規模で他者を支援することのできる、責任のある行動がとれる人へとなるでしょう。
The preschool curriculum at American Academy is based in inquiry. The student doing the work is doing the learning. If they are interested in the material, they will work to learn more. At the preschool level, we don’t believe that the student will not consider this work, however, because it will be fun. Through out the course of the year, the student will engage in 6 very broad themes. These themes serve as a lens into which they will learn more about their interests.
We will choose different topics for each theme. As we learn more about the topic, the student makes choices about which topics interest them more and we learn more about the theme with the specifics that the student chooses. This type of education turns the student into a more thoughtful, reflective and well-rounded individual. When they leave American Academy, they will be more responsible action-takers who think globally with the desire to help others.

幼稚園と小学校の子供達はアクティビティで英語を磨く完璧な時期です。アメリカンアカデミーのアクティビティと教材はこの時期の子供たちに合わせて作っています。午後のクラスは主に2時間で色々なアクティビティします。英語に慣れる為の自由に遊ぶ時間もあります。
毎日子供がリラックス出来るようにクラスの始まりの時と終りの時に自由に過ごすことができる時間があります。この時間は子供たちは自由に話して学びたい言葉自然に学びます。クラスはサークルタイムから始まります。日常的な言葉や文法を学びます。サークルタイムは毎日同じトピックについて話すため、子供たちも復習になり、すぐに話せるようになります。
カードでテーマの言葉と文章学びます。覚えた後この言葉でアクティビティをします。そしてずっと英語を使いながら一緒にゲームをします。子供たちは英語で交流しながらスピーキング・リスニング力を伸ばします。ゲームを続ける為には英語を使わなければなりません。そしてフォニックス教育方法を通して、学んだり書いたり、色塗りをします。
Preschool and early elementary school-aged children are the perfect age to learn and develop their English skills with organized activities. While American Academy offers other courses, the school’s setup, activities, and resources are geared mostly for these students. The afternoon classes are two hours long and have many different activities as well as free time to have students come adjusted to English.
We start and end our day with free time so that students feel at ease in the classroom. It is also during this time that the student can speak freely and learn how to say the things they naturally want to say in English. We start formal instruction with circle time. This gives students vocabulary and grammar to say things we talk about every day. Circle time covers the same topics every day so students can review and use the same English day they come to American Academy.
We then use flashcards to learn our themed vocabulary and grammar. After we have learned the words and grammar, we do an activity with those words. Having already learned in English for an hour, we transition to an organized game. Although it seems like it is playtime, the students must interact with each other in English and are building their English speaking and listening skills while playing. We finish our structured learning with phonics, writing, and coloring.

学校で与えられた英語の授業だけでは英語をしっかりと学ぶことは出来ません。
アメリカンアカデミーは週に1回スピーキング練習のクラスを提供しております。実用的な言葉と例の質問と返事を繰り返して基本の文法を学ぶことができ、自由な会話、フォニックス、発音などを練習していきます。また宿題が欲しい方には提供します。個々のニーズに合わせてカスタマイズ可能です。
Often students need more time to study English than the instruction they receive at school.
American Academy offers after-school classes for students who want to have more speaking practice. We practice fundamental grammar by learning useful vocabulary and repeating example questions and answers using that vocabulary. We also have a free conversation, practice phonics and pronunciation, read together and provide homework for those who want it. These classes are tailor-made for each specific student and can be altered to fit each student’s needs.
